So...I am getting ready for Ironman Austria in 2011 and am finding now that as my training is intensifying that I need to have something after a hard training session. But what?
Some mates of mine use a protein powder, some a carb drink, some an all-in-one product. I have bought some High5 recovery drink and it tastes good and seems to be doing the job but is it actually any good?
Any advice would be much appreciated :)
